Qualifications: Doctor of Philosophy – Environment Management & Governance (University of Nairobi), Master of Arts – International Conflict Management (University of Nairobi), Bachelor of Arts – Education (Moi University), Diploma in Education (Kagumo Teachers College).

Membership of professional bodies:  Member of East African Standby Force (Civilian Component) Peace Support Operations (PSO).

Work experience:  A strategic leader with over 30 years of experience providing direction and leadership to achieve organizational objectives and budgets while driving team success in alignment with the company’s mission, purpose, and strategies. Possesses strong knowledge of public service management and strategic people management, coupled with a motivational management style and a proven history of building, guiding, and retaining high-performance teams. Renowned for designing educational and enriching lessons and activities that inspire and motivate learners at all levels while implementing accelerated growth and excellence strategies. He is currently the Executive Director at Elevate People Professional Ltd.
