Application Process for Water.
- The applicant can download the application form online link OR do it manually by visiting our offices.
- The applicant fills in the application form and submits it together with copies of a Title deed, ID / Passport, a Pin certificate, and a passport photo.
- The Customer care Officer and other officers are always available to guide every applicant on how to fill the form correctly and register completed forms.
- After logging the application form, our officers will visit your premises within 48 hours to survey and determine the requirements for the new connection.
- The officers will also inspect all plumbing work done by the applicant before affecting any service.
- Upon a successful survey, the applicant will be requested to make payment for the application and installation of the water connection based on the tariff guidelines.
- Connection is effected within 48 hours once the pipe laying works are completed.
- The whole process takes an average of 10 – 14 days to complete.
- The customer will receive his or her first bill within one month from the connection date.
Application Process for Sewer Services.
- The applicant can download the application form online link OR do it manually by visiting our offices.
- The applicant fills in the application form and submits it together with copies of a Title deed, ID / Passport, a Pin certificate, and a passport photo.
- The Customer care Officer and other officers are always available to guide every applicant on how to fill the form correctly and register completed forms.
- After logging the application form, our officers will visit your premises within 48 hours to survey and determine the requirements for the new connection.
- After logging the application form, our officers will visit your premises within 48 hours to survey, inspect and approve all drainage works done by a licensed drain layer before effecting any service connection.
- Upon a successful survey and inspection, the applicant will be requested to make payment for the application and installation of the sewer connection based on the tariff guidelines.
- Connection is effected within 7 days after drainage works are completed and approved.
- During the installation of a new connection, the customer will be provided with information explaining how to maintain the sewer connection and what to do in case of a sewer blockage.
- The whole process takes an average of 14 days to complete.
- The customer will receive his or her first bill with sewer charges within one month from the connection date.
